We didn’t just want to make good pizza; we wanted to honor a tradition that has been perfected for over 300 years. That’s why we trained under master Pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia in Naples, Italy, learning the art of pizza from those who know it best.

You don’t have to travel across the world to experience true Neapolitan pizza. We’ve brought the techniques, ingredients, and passion straight from Naples to Wichita. Our wood-fired oven, built by third-generation craftsman Stefano Ferrara, was hand-assembled brick by brick in Italy. Every pizza is cooked at 900℉ in just 60 to 90 seconds, creating a crust that is soft, airy, and full of flavor.
